We Design & Manufacture the Fermenters for all the capacities from Pilot Scale to Production Scale for Vaccine, Probiotics, Enzymes, & Bio-fertilizers applications.

Validation & Qualification

We do support our clients with Validation Services for the Fermenters with Documentation like IQ, OQ and PQ on Site.

Automation Upgradation

We support to Upgrade the Automation in Existing Systems – Process Flows, Valve Matrix, 21 CFR Compliances, Recipe Additions, SCADA Incorporation and all other Electrical & Instrumentation activities.

Utility and Process Transfer Piping

We do On Site Piping Support for the Clean and Black Utilities and System Upgradation with Process and Interconnection Piping.
